good2grow featuring Disney and Pixar Cars

Decor

The party decor is inspired by the different scenery seen in the Disney and Pixar Cars movie, like desert landscapes, roads, and raceways. The backdrop is an illustrated desert scene surrounded by a DIY balloon garland. Black and white racing flag pennants hang from the ceiling.

To start, set the table with a DIY table runner. Cut a roll of black kraft paper to the length of the table and add white mailing label stickers or duct tape to make the road lines. Each place setting has a black and white checkered plate and construction cone napkin. The tables are accented with terra cotta pots of faux succulents and cacti.

Add a cake stand to the center of the table topped with good2grow featuring Disney and Pixar Cars characters Lightning McQueen, Tow Mater, and Cruz on good2grow. The tops are a must for the Cars theme and look so festive on the table! Kids will love having a selection of their favorite characters to choose from within reach!

Food

The theme extends to a kid-friendly menu with mini race car hotdogs and traffic light fruit salad.

To make mini race car hotdogs, you will need cocktail hot dogs, slider buns, olives, and toothpicks. Cook the mini hotdogs. Create a mini hot dog bun by folding one-half of the slider bread. Add two toothpicks and 4 olives as wheels. Top with ketchup or mustard.

The traffic light fruit salad is made of red, yellow, and green fruits. I used watermelon, raspberries, mango, pineapple, grapes, and kiwi.

Favors

Fuel up with fun favor boxes for each guest to take home! They are filled with a good2grow bottle, checkered sunglasses, and a roll of play road tape.
