So we asked @lunchesforbb to make the merriest lunch she could deck a bento with for a fun holiday kids lunch idea to match our Special Edition good2grow PODZ with Santa. We ho ho hope you love it as much as we do!

Directions:
1. Roll out bread and cut out using Santa and Christmas Tree cookie cutters. Color the stamp with a red and green edible marker and stamp the sandwich down to create the imprint.

2. Build your sandwich with fillings of your choice. Place it in the large compartment of your bento box and in a red or green silicone cup.

3. Next, green fruit to make it even more festive! With a melon baller, scoop up 2-3 balls of honeydew; then on a slice of honeydew, cut a reindeer with your mini fruit cutter.

4. With a zig-zag fruit cutter, cut a cucumber and place the fruit into a compartment with Holiday food picks.

5. Finally, to finish the fruit, slice your kiwi and grab your flower cookie cutter and cut into the slices. Add a candy bow to make a wreath and place the pieces in the other compartments using Christmas-themed mini cups.

6. To complete the theme, make a Snowman from Babybel cheese using your edible markers and accent with other fun-shaped snacks your child will love and add Santa on PODZ or any of your child’s favorites on good2grow.

Fun kid’s holiday lunches don’t have to require a lot of work to be memorable; even just a few of these elements are sure to make smiles!

Angie is the cute culinary crafter mom behind Lunches for BB. When her kids began school, she knew she wanted to pack their lunch at home so she made sure they got in all their nutrients and vitamins. Making bento boxes have allowed her fussy eaters to explore and open up more with what they eat. She is so happy to be sharing ideas and helping other parents with their little’s lunches.
