Let’s Decorate!

You can get creative with items you have at home, but we started with a tablecloth and backdrop to match the red, yellow and blue color theme and coordinated our balloons, paw prints and plush.

Next, we decided to have the pups on good2grow bottles waiting to be adopted by their special kid! To make this, we bought a grass mat and went a little extra by making our own little fence. But you could always make one out of foam core or painted popsicle sticks! No matter what, it is sure to be cute and the kids will love picking out their favorite pup! 

Let’s Eat!

We like to keep it healthy, so in addition to the “pupcakes”, we found these cute, affordable, matching dog bowls online and filled them with fruit and popcorn. 

Sticking with the theme, we then made blue gelatin doggie water bowls and dog bone PB and J sandwiches – so easy with cookie cutters and loved by little fingers!
