My Little Pony Christmas Tree Idea

Make the holidays more magical when you craft a character-themed Christmas tree just for kids using good2grow tops as ornaments.

We asked Whimsically Wonderful to put her pastel powers to work for us and we love how she transformed a pink mini tree into a My Little Pony holiday masterpiece for her daughter!

See how she put it all together below:

Supplies:

good2grow tops

ribbon

hot glue gun

small Christmas tree

plastic ornaments

tree topper

Directions:

Pick out a tree for your project. Colorful ones are super fun to match a character’s style, but any color will do. A 3 ft or bigger tree (depending on how ambitious you are) is ideal when making ornaments with good2grow tops.

Next, you’ll want to score some ornaments that match your theme.

Once you have all of the supplies, you’re ready to make your good2grow spouts ornaments:

Step 1:
Gather your good2grow tops and matching ribbon.

Step 2:
Cut the ribbon long enough to make a hanging loop and hot glue the ribbon to both sides of the spout to make the loop.

Step 3:
Place another ribbon along the bottom of the spout and glue it on.

Step 4:
It’s time to decorate! Place your tops on the tree, along with the matching ornaments and garlands. This is so fun to do with your littles so they feel included in the making of their own personal Christmas Tree.
